The Sun

The importance of taking energy from the sun lies in the fact that it is a natural source of vitamin D3, essential for bone health, as it helps in the absorption of calcium necessary for the proper functioning of the heart.


Lack of sun exposure can lead to a decrease in bone density, making bones more fragile throughout life, especially in old age. It is therefore recommended to sunbathe daily for at least 30 minutes, preferably around midday.
